Soil and drainage in Warren
Plateau soils sit over shale and hold water, so hardscape has to be detailed for saturated conditions rather than average ones. That means deeper excavation where subgrade is soft, geotextile separating clay from the aggregate base, and roof water tied into solid pipe and carried past the hardscape before anything is built on top of it.
