Information on this site is general

The guides, service descriptions and advice published here are general information about landscaping, hardscape, drainage and snow management in Northwest Ohio. Soil, grade, drainage and site conditions vary property to property, and nothing on this site is a site-specific recommendation for your property. Always get an on-site assessment before relying on any of it for a decision.

Estimates and proposals

Prices, timelines and scope are established in a written proposal for your specific property. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quote. Verbal figures and published ranges are indicative only. Proposals are valid for the period stated on them, and material pricing may change if that period lapses.

Scheduling and weather

Landscape and hardscape work depends on ground conditions. We will not build a hardscape base on saturated or frozen ground, and we will not plant or seed outside conditions where the work can reasonably succeed. Start windows in a proposal are estimates, and weather may move them. We will keep you informed when it does.

Snow and ice services

Snow and ice management is provided under a separate written seasonal agreement that specifies the trigger depth, the areas covered, the response window and the de-icing scope. No winter service is provided without such an agreement in place. De-icing reduces but does not eliminate the risk of ice; property owners remain responsible for monitoring their own premises.

Warranties

Workmanship and plant establishment warranties, where offered, are stated in your project proposal along with their terms and exclusions. Plant warranties generally exclude losses caused by inadequate watering, animal damage, extreme weather events and changes made by others after installation.

Your use of this site

You may view and print pages from this site for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish or reuse the text, photographs or page structure of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission. All content, the business name and the logo remain our property.

This site links to third-party resources such as our Google Business Profile, Facebook page and an embedded map. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Fadley's Landscaping & Snow Removal LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here. Liability in connection with work we perform is governed by the written agreement for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the courts of Defiance County, Ohio.
